Growing up, I always loved fashion and making clothes for myself. In my late teens, I decided I would like to design clothes for others, and although I didn't make that happen right then, I always knew fashion and design would be apart of my world later on in life.
The concept of my clothing line began when I turned twenty-one and was able to go out into the nightclubs. I would always see several different women eyeing each other because they were wearing the same outfits. I decided it would be HOT to have custom, one of a kind outfits to separate you from everyone else.
My fashion influences are more timeless designers, such as Diane Von Furstenberg and Karl Lagerfield, rather than fads or people who don't actually make their clothing, but instead just put their labels on it.
My personal style is a little eclectic, as I am always willing to go outside of the box and try new things. I am a self-taught designer with no formal schooling or training,learing from my mother and aunt after attending a sewing class in 8th grade. I obtain the inspirations for my designs from fabrics, colors, and textures.
